From the initial quoting with Ian to the finished product with Glen, they along with their team, have been professional and extremely easy to deal with. Nothing has been too hard and all my questions, queries and concerns where promptly addressed. I felt confident that my house and project where in safe hands and that they took pleasure at seeing the renovation progress and seeing us the clients delighted with it.

We would like to thank Glen and Ian Kennedy of KB Living for delivering our dream home and making the building process both enjoyable and exciting.
From the start to the finish everything was completed in a professional, efficient and diligent manner. The contact with Ian during the quotation stage was always extremely prompt and detailed which allowed us to be fully aware of what would be required to construct our new home.
From the beginning of construction we felt completely involved in the building and decision making process and were totally confident of KB Living’s quality that is renowned through their reputation. During Construction we had regular on-site meetings with Glen and always found his approach professional, enthusiastic and committed. The attention to detail displayed by Glen and his sub-contractors ensured the quality of our home will last a lifetime. Both Glen and Ian were approachable, friendly and followed up and dealt with any issues promptly always keeping us informed.
In the end our family home was delivered on time and within our budget and we could not be happier and look forward to enjoying our new home for many years to come. In addition, the follow up service we have received has been well above expectation and again highlights KB Living's outstanding reputation.
We would highly recommend anyone considering a building project to give either Ian or Glen from KB Living a call.

When we embarked on our building project, we only had one builder in mind for thejob Glen Kennedy of KB Living. We had observed first-hand the quality of Glen'’sworkmanship in our existing house and were confident that he could deliver this andmore to our new home.
Glen exceeded our expectations. He was genuinely enthusiastic about our housedesign and worked with us every step of the way to achieve our vision. Throughoutthe project, Glen kept us informed of what was happening, through regular on-sitemeetings or phone calls. He was always punctual to meetings and never failed toreturn a phone call promptly.
Glen, his staff and sub-contractors were all friendly, polite and capable tradespeoplewho were a pleasure to deal with. My house is simply fantastic thanks to Glen Paul and Ryan and lots of other of Glens helpers. Firstly they were all so polite and helpful and there expertise and professionalism was exemplary. There was never a cross moment or tension between any of the workers and they were ever so patient with me being a first time builder! I always trusted there opinions and more often than not asked them to make up my mind!!!!
I would especially like to thank Paul for his lovely calm manner when dealing with me and his fabulous talent and creative eye for detail. My house turned out exactly how I wanted it to be. I would and have recommened KB Living to anyone wanting to build and renovate.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Glen. He is a true and respected leader of his company. I wish you could all build me another house! I miss you all.

I Recently had an extension added to my home and i couldn't be more pleased with the result.
I chose KB Living as my builders and found both Glen and Paul to be professional and approachable at all times.
Building was carried out with the least disruption possible. They listened to my ideas and were able to offer alternative options where needed.
If i had any queries, Glen was always available either on site or by phone. With a new bathroom, bedroom and decking, it has provided us with much needed living space.
It looks great inside and out! i recomend KB Living to anyone wanting to build.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We recently purchased a wonderful “house/land” package from KB Living. Both Glen and Ian Kennedy were very approachable and easy to deal with. Any questions were quickly answered and matters were dealt with speed and efficiency.
We found the whole process completely stress free and enjoyable.
Our home was only partially built when we committed ourselves and we were encouraged to have input on the choices of interior design. We might add, the interior designer was very helpful and the majority of her choices were our choices also.
Glen, as the builder on the spot was excellent. His workmanship, professional manner and punctuality were top class. Supervision of sub-contractors was “spot on”. So many people have favorably commented to us on the style and finish of our new home. There are so many little extras that you don’t see in many new homes. Fantastic storage and shelving, top class fitting throughout, professional landscaping. Also importantly, Glen’s after sales service has been exemplary. All small problems have been remedied immediately. Note, there has been no large problems.
We believe we have made an excellent choice of builder and home, and would not hesitate to recommend KB Living to anyone thinking of building.
